"Easy check in process. Easily changed our room to make it easier to take our dog out. Spacious room with everything we needed. Clean room in general. Only quips were that the bathroom door did not latch so it could not be locked for privacy and lighted mirror had a couple of strobing bulbs. Pool had plenty of inflatables and toys for the kids. "There was no cold water. Staff said let it run, I filled the bath tub and it was still warm. Staff said that was normal for Phoenix area. I explained I am from Phoenix and haven't ever seen that before. Staff was helpful in canceling my reservation and getting a full refund."
