"Place was hard to find. It was behind a building that was closed down. The sign was small we missed it. Our room was cute. Minimal nothing fancy. The floor was dirty other than that no complaints"

"There were bugs/ants crawling on me in the bathroom when I was going to the bathroom and once when I was sitting at the desk. I let the staff know and they’ve done nothing about it. My refrigerator wouldn’t open because it wasn’t made for the cabinet they put it in so the door couldn’t open because the hinge kept blocking it. There’s no elevators and only one entrance to the building and my room was on the second floor on the opposite end from where you enter the building. It took forever to...

"Room was clean, staff was nice, pool absolutely disgusting. This hotel is a homeless shelter and should not be on here. The people in there walk around completely soaked in the hallways men sitting with legs open in pool area kids spitting all in the pool. My kids could not swim in that, they were so upset. But this is a yucky yucky homeless shelter I do not recommend. "

"Everything was really good! The staff were super nice and helpful. The room and lobby was very nice and clean. The only things was the mini fridge was really small, I want to say half the size of a regular mini fridge. We were on the first floor, I am not sure if the fridge sizes changes depending on the room. Also the hotel is right off a highway. You do not hear any traffic at night or anything, but to leave the parking lot you have to merge onto a highway right away. The highway was always...

"First night stayed to check it out. Was good so booked another night. Overall clean. Bed, room, bathroom good. Nice hair dryer. TV worked. Lamented fake floor. Kind of slide when you walk but not a big deal. Overall pleasant. Will stay again. Love the Arsenal sign. Now Arsenal just needs to win the EPL and Champions leagues !! ⚽️"

"Overall, very good room for the price we paid. I would have preferred extra blankets and pillows in the room, but enough were provided and I didn’t ask for more. We were also welcomed by two (harmless) spiders, who we helped find happier lands down the hall. The free breakfast was okay. Good for free, so can’t complain. The property is well kept overall, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and polite. We enjoyed our stay. "
