"One of my best hotel stays in India. Private access to Ganga ghat, Aarti on-site and a small but beautiful temple on the property were absolutely wonderful. The service and the staff were outstanding. Shout out to Ritu, Khushi, Ishita, Harmanjit, Sunil, and Nitin...keep up the great work, customer care and professionalism....you're the best!! Room was recently renovated and very well designed and comfortable. Close to Har Ki Pauri, but still very quiet and peaceful. "

"I love Radisson hotels and usually have a great experience. Upon arrival we had no hot water, it had been out for 3 days apparently. The road noise is loud in the rooms. Overall great hotel but the hot water was an issue and we didn't receive anything back from the hotel. "
