Lovely stay and everyone so helpful

Very welcoming staff, lovely clean room with comfy beds. Fantastic generous sized rooms and bathroom. Only downside was noisy air con but during the heatwave I’d rather have a noisy air con than no air con

First time at the Arrow Hotel. Situated in a very quiet area with plenty of parking and very welcoming reception. The room was modern, clean and had the advantage of a kettle and coffee machine as well as an efficient air con unit given how hot it was outside. There is an Lidl less than 10 mins walk away for any essentials but breakfast was plentiful and well presented. We will stay again when next in the area

Fantastic modern designed hotel. Cannot fault anything. Great gym. Delicious food in a beautiful restaurant. Not forgetting a stunning modern bedroom with huge tv and balcony. Highly recommended

Great hotel! Wish I had stayed a little longer- had to leave at 4am for flight. Complementary shuttle was huge bonus.

The staff were all great, the room was modern, clean and well thought out and the food in the restaurant (both breakfast and dinner) was fantastic! I’d definitely stay again if I was in this area.

Beautifully well kept hotel and front plaza. Would recommend to anyone travelling to Basel. With free fruit and coffee, tea and fruit juice. the hotel is only a tram ride away from the centre.

Possibly the biggest room we have ever seen in a hotel! This room was massive! A huge kitchen, giant bathroom plus an extra toilet. Really great facilities including a huge, swivel TV. Brilliant view over the park and river. The room was meticulously clean and the hotel was very well presented. An excellent stay, would certainly recommend for larger families

Lovely hotel, clean, helpful staff on the outskirts of Basel. We stayed here as it was next to the waterpark which we used and if you book through reception you do get a discount on your booking. The Basel Card is a amazing if you plan to visit the centre of Basel with regular trains and trams to the city centre from Prattln, although the station is 10 minutes walk away. I believe it would help greatly if there were menu's to both the restaurant and bar. We didn't use either as we didn't know...

We had a great room on the top floor with fantastic view. But if you want the hotel's shuttle bus you must pre book it. Otherwise the 50 bus takes you right there - free if you have a hotel booking. We checked in late and checked out late. No problem. Good breakfast.

not much option for hot breakfast, only eggs and no hash browns or vegeterian options. Otherwise good breakfast. Room was immaculate and clean with air conditioning.front office was very helpful and when i wanted hot tea, they would give to me. perfect.

Very clean hotel. Immaculately kept public spaces. Very helpful staff. Breakfast was very nice. Relaxing friendly location with amenities near by. Easy to find, I would recommend this hotel
