The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which really added to the experience. There was a lovely selection available for the continental breakfast, with plenty of choice. The room was well equipped with thoughtful touches such as miniature toiletries, glass-bottled water, and a great selection of tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay that we would happily recommend."
