"The hotel is a new building and has the new feel to it. It is very clean and modern looking. Our stay was above average except for the pillows being terribly soft and mushy. They have no firmness to them at all so if pillow comfort is important to you in order to get a good nights rest bring your own. We now know for the next time! Our mini-fridge didn’t work despite plugging in/out and turning the temperature dial to max We were too tired to complain. Lastly, the elevator floor annunciators volumes in both elevators are extremely loud. These must be an annoyance to those folks whose room is situated by the elevators. Despite the poor quality of pillows and other inconveniences, we will stay again at this hotel and do recommend it."

"At check-in, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately my key wasn’t working at the room so I had to walk back across the parking lot to get it fixed. The room was just okay. Nothing fancy whatsoever. Bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was not even worth the effort."

"AC didn’t work, had to change rooms only one left it was up stairs mine was originally down. No elevator so everything had to be carried up. Bed wasn’t as nice as original room I had a king that room was two queens and definitely not as nice. Room wasn’t as clean as it should be. "

"Very clean. Pleasant staff. Average hotel breakfast and chili dog snack in the evening was a nice touch. Definitely worth the price. Will stay again."

"The facility was beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. As an owner I felt the parking should be free. We did get the fee taken off because we agreed to go to a meeting, which turned out to be a high pressure sales pitch. They had a shuttle service, which was great. It would have been nice if it extended to evening as there were some things we would have done if that were the case. I am elderly and don't drive at night and am sure there are many others like me. But all in all I would recommend this facility."
