"I’ve been staying in hotels most of my 73 years. I’ve never stayed in one that didn’t have a clock with alarm, or in one that didn’t offer a cup of some sort in the bathroom for brushing teeth, etc. My room had neither of those things. To their credit, they sent me a text asking how my room was. I mentioned those things and when I got back to my room, there was an alarm clock and some plastic drinking cups. I downgraded one star just because they weren’t provided initiall. I don’t know if it was...

"We were there overnight for an event at the Coliseum that had a start time of 8:30am. We were out by 6:30 to drive over and wait in line for seating that wasn’t assigned. A little breakfast would’ve been great but didn’t start until 7:30. Maybe adjust the breakfast for events that begin earlier? Otherwise it was a great hotel."
