"The hotel staff was friendly and the outside was very well maintained. The staff was excited about the newly acquired IHG branding, but it didn’t live up to that standard. We had to switch to multiple rooms because of the tv not working in our suite. Then, our pull out couch didn’t have a mattress and had white stands on the base that looked like vomit. Definitely would not recommend or stay at again."

"Great view. Comfy bed, pillows were very thin. Shower water pressure was fantastic. Shower leaked a large pool of water through the closed door. Hotel staff was fantastic and service was good. Burgers and drinks room service was fantastic but the next mornings breakfast was not good. Order missing items and too oily to eat. Did not call back a second time to fix as I was over the situation at that point. I have high expectations from a property that is named best rated stay in my city. Not sure if I will use the hotel again, but that burger will be ordered in the future."

"Sheraton Hotel and had a really great experience. I accidentally selected a room designed for special needs, but it still turned out to be perfect for my one-night stay. The room was very clean, comfortable, and everything was well taken care of. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return again. Next time, I’ll just make sure I book the correct room type—but I would happily stay here again."
