"High end luxury amenities - the junior penthouse was as advertised! The staff is excellent and met our every need. The food at the Sporting Club was fantastic - we had a complimentary breakfast each morning to start our day. It is about 30 minutes from town, but worth it. If you plan to ski every day, you might consider a ski resort, as Sylvan Lodge caters more to fly fishing, golf, equestrian, etc. and many other winter sports. There is heli skiing as well! My wife and I commented several times that it really felt like we were staying in a friend's guest house, as everything was so inviting. "This is literally the best place to stay. It is not in the hustle and bustle of Jackson hole, but it is adorable and the views are perfect. They have some of the neatest little amenities from the s’mores and fire pit to the Little sauna. I cannot recommend this place more. The staff is also phenomenal and very helpful. "

"Upon arrival on Tuesday after traveling all day the young gentleman that checked me in was not very inviting. He stands behind a plastic barrier ( COVID is over, or is there that much security needed)and speaks which is hard to understand. Next day needed extra key (Wednesday) and was met with middle aged man who couldn't be more friendly. However really enjoyed the cabin."
