"I didn't realize it was an extended stay type hotel, but overall it was really good. The beds were really comfortable and the pillows were also. The coffee in the lobby was very good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The only negative was a residual odor from the kitchen, but it was not overwhelming and was mostly noticeable upon entry to the room where the full sized oven was located. Definitely not a deal killer as the room was otherwise great! I booked on Expedia so maybe it was that website that gave us poor directions to the hotel, the roundabout route for sure. Could have been much shorter and faster. Also beware no complimentary breakfast, although you could order it for about $7 bucks."

"This location is in the middle of Twin Falls and the area has some traffic. We did not have any issues. Staff was friendly at check in. The room was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was adequate with a few hot items to choose from. The site had a number of construction/telephone workers staying here."

"Booked through hotel.com, had confirmation and our card was charged. On their end your payment to them was decline, the desk was helpful, but it was a pain to connect to a hotel.com person. We were given a room in bldg B, 2nd floor, which has no elevator in it. The hot tub jets did not work at all, and just luke warm but clean. Another quest says he stays there often, and it has never worked. Otherwise, it was a quite room and nice size. Need to fix hot tub or have a way of saying not working. we pick this hotel for that feature."
