The Hotel is excellent. Very clean. Great staff. Beds changed daily. Really comfortable massive bed. Good facilities. Fabulous shower. Brilliant fridge and the best view from the balcony. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The hotel is a great location, close to grocery stores, Starbucks is across the street. Kitchen with full refrigerator and stovetop. Coffee pot in room. Shopping and restaurants are all walking distance. Beach bar, restaurant, pool and beach chairs with umbrellas right outside your back door. Staff and security are excellent. Towels are hard to get so bring your own or plan ahead for your next towel. Busy street out front so horns from buses can be loud if trying to sleep in or rest during the day but I’d definitely stay there again. The beach was clean and we didn’t have to worry about sargassum the entire week. The marine park is right next door if you like to snorkel and the fish are amazing!

It was a no stress, easy vacation which is exactly what we wanted. Our room was clean and the views and beach can't be beat!

Location location location!! This property is directly on the beach with lounge chairs provided. The views from the rooms on the second and third floors is amazing. The beach bar includes a good restaurant with great breakfast lunch and dinner. The rum punch is great! The beach is really clean and you can walk about a mile down one way. This location had no sargassum and we were there end of May when the island was loaded with it. The grocery store/liquor store is directly across the street and has a Starbucks! Rooms are older but clean and room cleaning service is great. Having a kitchen was convenient! We sleep with the air conditioner on and If I had a recommendation it would be the owner invest in some new blankets as the ones provided are ready to retire. The front desk will coordinate taxi service for you if needed. Great shopping and restaurants within walking distance both on the beach and off. We were about 40 minutes from the airport. Don’t forget your floats!

Tropical Sunset fit the bill in so many ways- on the beach, has a pool, studios with kitchenette. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. Adjacent to a good restaurant and located near to so many others. Across the street from a large supermarket with ATM inside. Balconies with each room overlooking the pool and the ocean. Just a lovely place with lovely people.

Stayed for almost 2 weeks and room cleaned every day, staff friendly and helpful, view was amazing and will be booking again. Zaccios next door is a bonus as well.

Absolutely great location - the property in itself it is a bit outdated but it’s very clean and it does the job :) you get a lovely beach and shops and nice restaurants within easy reach. Most of the staff are quite friendly. We would definitely go back.

It was very old. The tv didn’t work, the safe didn’t work so they gave us the Master key & said Did nt lose it ! And the toilet blocked up every night . Lots of street noise and despite reviews saying staff were friendly, we didn’t come across many friendly ones . Checked out 3 days early.

Just enjoyed a great week at this property. The rooms are not fancy but they were clean and the proprietor made sure that cleaning and maintenance took place everyday. The view from our ground floor apartment on to the pool and the ocean was breath taking. Kudos to Curly the everything man who was friendly courteous and helpful. Zaccios the restaurant next door served some delicious cuisine and we were able to find full breakfast within walking distance at Cafe Carizma. Will definitely stay there again.

It was always clean, inside, rooms were clean. The outside area was clean, had a water tap plus a huge water container to rinse your feet off after being in the ocean and sand, so it wasn’t all over the pool or tracked inside the hotel or rooms. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay, highly recommend.

I like the friendly and absolute way the staff went out of their way to accommodate us, after Expedia allowed me to book a two bedroom at a resort that Expedia clearly knew did not have that amenity. I booked with you not the resort, so I depended on your knowledge of the resort amenities. I blame you for this misinformation, not the resort. The resort was clean and have security safety measures to protect their guest I would absolutely recommend Tropical Sunset Beach Apt. Hotel, and the area.
