Great location for the beach and town. Some road noise from loud exhausts and high revving vehicles at unsociable hours adversely affected our sleep.

The Hotel is excellent. Very clean. Great staff. Beds changed daily. Really comfortable massive bed. Good facilities. Fabulous shower. Brilliant fridge and the best view from the balcony. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This was perfect from a location perspective for a family of 4 (parents, 2 yr old and 6 yr old). The hotel is a small boutique style hotel that has immediate access to the beach, pool, bar and restaurant. The location was perfect in terms of necessities and accessibility to restaurants and activities in holetown area. We didn’t get to experience beyond holetown and speightstown this trip, but will definitely make it a point next trip. The hotel staff has been more than accommodating as our departing flight was delayed and they let us extend our checkout. Only small inconvenience I had was that only my swim wear went missing one morning as we hung it to dry outside in the patio along with my entire family’s. I reported it to the hotel but that remained unresolved. I hung my remaining swimwear in the restroom to dry out for the rest of the stay. I would recommend this hotel again though and would stay again myself.

The hotel is a great location, close to grocery stores, Starbucks is across the street. Kitchen with full refrigerator and stovetop. Coffee pot in room. Shopping and restaurants are all walking distance. Beach bar, restaurant, pool and beach chairs with umbrellas right outside your back door. Staff and security are excellent. Towels are hard to get so bring your own or plan ahead for your next towel. Busy street out front so horns from buses can be loud if trying to sleep in or rest during the day but I’d definitely stay there again. The beach was clean and we didn’t have to worry about sargassum the entire week. The marine park is right next door if you like to snorkel and the fish are amazing!

Stayed for almost 2 weeks and room cleaned every day, staff friendly and helpful, view was amazing and will be booking again. Zaccios next door is a bonus as well.

Tropical Sunset fit the bill in so many ways- on the beach, has a pool, studios with kitchenette. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. Adjacent to a good restaurant and located near to so many others. Across the street from a large supermarket with ATM inside. Balconies with each room overlooking the pool and the ocean. Just a lovely place with lovely people.

My stay at this hotel was exactly what I wanted. Clean and comfortable with a great view. The staff were all fantastic. They were welcoming and extremely helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

Very nice stay. Staff spend a lot of time cleaning, which is always good to see. Right on the beach, close to bars, eateries and a supermarket just across the street. Large fridge/freezer. Aircon and ceiling fan work well. Great sunset view from the balcony and a beach bar with happy hour(s) on site too, which gets popular. We will book again in the future. Side notes. No corkscrew in the room the bar staff are happy to uncork for you. No first aid kit (plasters/band aid only) so take your own (and I usually do - doh) for when the sidewalk removes a chunk of skin from your toe!

Absolutely great location - the property in itself it is a bit outdated but it’s very clean and it does the job :) you get a lovely beach and shops and nice restaurants within easy reach. Most of the staff are quite friendly. We would definitely go back.

It was always clean, inside, rooms were clean. The outside area was clean, had a water tap plus a huge water container to rinse your feet off after being in the ocean and sand, so it wasn’t all over the pool or tracked inside the hotel or rooms. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay, highly recommend.
