"I’ve stayed many times in past years and you can see the decline from when it first opened. I was in a two bedroom suite. Holes in the wall, fridge was dented, no real amenities to speak of. Waited 30 mins to check in because there was nobody at the front desk. When they did show up no apology and barely acknowledged me."

Breakfast was excellent. Wish they had potatoes though. Minor gripe: The hand-wash is screwed to the wall high enough in the bathroom. I almost had to extend my hand to my eye level for soap when washing hands"

"As we checked in he said they only cleaned the rooms every other day, but if we wanted we could have them clean no charge. We said that we did want it cleaned and the beds made. I then received a text a few hours later just making sure that we wanted our room serviced and I replied that we did. When we got back to our room the next day, someone had put a no service on our door, no one had made the beds or cleaned the room. When I called the front desk, he said all he could do was have someone...

"We enjoyed the stay. It was a clean and spacious room. It was quiet and beds were comfortable. The casino was fun and we saw a fantastic show at the event center."
