"The bed was super comfortable and I felt very safe there. My only complaint was that the walls are thin and there is no ceiling in the cabin, which I believe is due to air flow, so you can hear others easily. Luckily, my fellow travelers were quiet. The bathroom and shower was always clean and the water was hot. If I were to travel solo, I would visit again. "

"Excelente personal, y facilidad; cerca de muchas áreas en Times Square. Lo único que deberían dar más vales de desayuno ya que es por habitación /noche no por la cantidad de personas en la hab. Pero recalcó que es uno de los mejores lugares que me he quedado en NYC. Limpio, oloroso, atentos, y serviciales. "
