I was very disappointed and confused because my room was not nearly the same quality or even the same looking as my room in February and I paid the same price… looked very dated and dirty and just not anything like I’ve had before. Would not have booked in again if I knew that only half the hotel was not renovated."

"The rooms were clean, and my kids loved the pool. We enjoyed the grab and go pastries, fruits, coffee and juice each morning. Our stay was mostly positive. On the second night of our stay, our kids (6 and 9 years old) were having a dance party while waiting for us to pack up to go to the pool. It was 830pm at night when we heard a knock on our door. "Kay and his staff have been awesome!!! My best hotel experience at the very end of a 18 nights/16 hotels trip, my final night of holiday before flying back home. Arrived at the hotel early, they immediately took my luggage and stored it away safely. And then, when I came back from the city, only about 2pm, they immediately gave me my room. Excellent service, super clean, free shuttle to the airport. Denny's next door for a great meal a nice bonus. Strongly recommend!!!"
