"It's a 2* property so you are going to get what you pay for. The check-in was great, very helpful person on the desk. There's plenty of parking. The property is showing its age. It could do with a general refresh. The room was OK, plenty of space and it was clean. The bedding, shower curtain and towels could all do with replacing....someone had burnt a couple of holes in the cover of the bedding, the shower curtain was stained and the towels should have been replaced awhile ago."

"The night shift desk clerk was so amazing. The address from Expedia wasn’t jiving with my GPS and so I called tired. She walked me step by step through the final turns. Everyone I interacted during my overnight stay was very helpful. I felt very safe and secure. Would highly recommend this hotel to travelers or guests."

"I gave a lower score because the Check-in staff could do a little better with letting guest know about the crazy garage that you park your car in. When we entered the hotel after parking the car I mentioned the parking and the response from staff was yes it’s crazy, well a little heads up would have been appreciated in advance at check in."

"My daughter, husband and I had reserved and paid for two rooms with king size beds. There was a little problem checking in because the reservation said there was money owed when. there shouldn’t have been because prepaid for the rooms. We were given rooms 210 and 310 and both were two queen beds and not a king ! I didn’t complain about the rooms because they were clean and I was too tired to deal with changing rooms. "The parking situation is like musical chairs. Even though you are assigned a parking space, it seems like the only people that enforce that is the front desk."
