"The amenities at the property are amazing, multiple pools, beach area, ocean front with great places for relaxing, walkable pier and Mariana with Harbor, Bridge, and Charleston views that are so beautiful they seem unreal. On the downside, this is more of an upscale property that needs TLC, cob webs in the ceiling fan over the bed, towels look dingy, walls, doors and trim need to be repainted and everything needs to be refreshed (room 440). Also seeing 3 portable restrooms and tents with junk...

"Check in was super easy. Loved that I was sent a door code and never had to go to the front desk for initial check in. We were also sent daily updates about events around the property. Bonus: an amazing coffee shop on the first floor of the motel. Lived the vibe, would come back here!"

"Really nice hotel. A little absurd that you have to pay for parking and there is no breakfast included. They have a starbucks if you’d like to purchase something from there. You end up spending about $30 extra."

"Room is a little outdated but was clean and comfortable. I am not a big fan of old carpets. The pool looked nice and clean. Breakfast was very good. Property well maintained. I didn't like the laundry area: outside and no place to seat."

"This place is awesome! We stayed for 4 nights and we could have stayed forever. The property and rooms are fantastic. My wife and I walked the gardens for hours every day. It's such a peaceful break. The rooms have excellent AC, beautiful views, and everything was so clean. I don't normally write reviews but the Inn at Middleton Place deserves it. You can clearly see the effort they put in to every aspect of the stay.
The fact that you get free passes to the gardens is such a good deal...
