"We just booked a weekend stay with our 3 grandkids. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean. The breakfast was fine. I am disappointed that the pool was closed for painting the weekend we booked. No one told us!! We had 3 grandchildren with us and that is why we booked the BW, was the pictures of the nice pool. Would have been nice to have been told so could have had an option to look elsewhere. The room temp was set at 73. Not pleasant with 3 hot kids and no pool. We left...

"We got in really late and we were exhausted. We got checked in within just a couple minutes and our room was perfect. We both (my son and me) slept peacefully without hearing a sound from any other room. Being able to sleep until almost noon staying here was a HUGE perk too. We also both enjoyed the shower. Overall, this is my favorite hotel in Lexington."

"Hotel was very clean and didn't have any lingering smell or spots or stains on the hotel floor. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The food at the ground floor restaurant 33 Staves was excellent and I would strongly recommend to try it out especially if you want to stay away from fast food places at the giant mall. "Great hotel, recently renovated. Very clean. Breakfast was not great to say the least. Despite the fact that it was served until 10am, by 8:30 they ran out of most breads, butter, yogurt. We stayed numerous times at the Embassy Suites at Lexington Green and their breakfast was always amazing. Unfortunately the one at the Coldstream location does not even compare.
However it is still a very nice place to stay."
