"The rixos app is next to useless. Does not work. The a la carte is good as they limit the tables to serve. Buffet is actually a really good range of food. Beach is decent with wind guards but restricts view of the sea. Salt water infinity pool is behind a building which defeats the point. Spa was good. Good massage and Turkish scrub. Kids club open till midnight. Great little activities there to book. Beer always warm as well as soft drinks. Even if in the fridge or bar. Some pool bars are good service some not so. Bed comfy. Shower no water pressure. Housekeeping is a joke, tip or no tip. We had a kitchen in our room. Wanted to make porridge for my daughter and was told this is only if you had a bultler. I called housekeeping etc for 1 hour before I eventually got answer. Guest relations didn't even apologise or take it seriously. Overall, resort is amazing in terms of pool, spa, kids club and buffet. Different al carte restaurants if you manage too book! Service is a complete let down. Due to that I will not go to Rixos Radamis again."

"Beautiful hotel—we truly enjoyed our stay. It was my dad’s 80th birthday, and I had booked two rooms. The manager kindly upgraded us to rooms with a stunning ocean view, which made the celebration even more special. The beach was lovely, with a gorgeous coral reef right by the shore. We only tried one restaurant on the property, which offered a local cuisine it was nice . However, the main buffet was excellent, with a huge variety of dishes and plenty of delicious desserts—we definitely gained a few pounds 🙈. The staff was very friendly. There was a lot of entertainment on the beach , Svetlana was wonderful and energetic! Thanks to her. We did Agua aerobic and stretching, and a lot of dancing in the evening! there were great excursion options. We took a day trip to Luxor and rented a boat for three hours—both experiences were fantastic. Special thanks to Gooda ( hope I didn’t miss-spell his name )for the recommendations. Next time, we’ll definitely try scuba diving!"

"The hotel facilities and pool were great, but the true highlight was the beach and its vibrant coral reef, teeming with diverse marine life. Our room on the beach side was both clean and comfortable. While the service was adequate, there is room for improvement, specifically regarding cleanliness in the buffet area, where tables were often sticky. The food was the biggest disappointment; the selection lacked variety and often felt like repurposed leftovers. However, given that food quality seems to be a broader challenge in Egypt, I wouldn’t want to rate the hotel solely on that experience. "
