The check in was easy and they even let us check in a few hours early when we only meant to drop off luggage. Room was clean and large- a little older style but roomy with great view.parking was plentiful. Great location to everything. The people at desk and parking were so nice. Have stayed there before will return!

Location was great and the unit was spacious with a fabulous view of Diamond Head, Kapiolani Park and the ocean. We had a beautiful view every time we walked in the door! The building was 4 blocks from beach and so many eateries. The kitchen also had a wonderful view of the ocean. A couple of things that would make it even better: 1. A portable fan in the room would have been great at night. We slept with windows open, but street noise was loud. Also, would have used ac less. 2. The curtain linings were very frayed from sun damage. Was aware of it every time we opened and closed them which was every day. 3. Kitchen could use a few more items: sharp knives, a small fry pan Overall, we loved our stay. The staff at the front desk was always helpful and friendly. The pool area was beautiful and inviting. Would stay here again! Mahalo

We often stay at Waikiki Banyan when coming home - although the unit we stayed appeared a little dated, it had all the basic necessities - it served our needs for this trip. We stay here for the value, spacious room, kitchen, the appliances, parking, washer/dryer availability, walking distance to the beach, the views, shopping and the likes of being in Waikiki. Staff was attentive and friendly. Room was clean and had all working appliances. Will definitely stay here again.

It was fairly clean. The room was very outdated like something back in the 80s. The elevators take so long to come up to your floors. I was on the 37th floor had a spectacular view, but the elevators were very long, especially during the mornings.

Oh no, it was a great day, the rooms are a bit dated with older carpet and such so if you’re looking for that brand new crisp feel this isn’t it. But on all it seem clean and everything function well with a great location if you’re looking to be right in the heart of Waikiki. Easy with kids as the pressure was low.

I liked the location of the property. The staff were very friendly and welcomed me with ALOHA. The rooms were comfortable, it has a kitchen that made it very convenient when traveling with children. I recommend this property.
