Overall, the property was decent value. The mountain
view on the 36th floor was beautiful. However, the property itself is quite dated (built in late 70s), as well as the furnishings. While there were no major issues with basic cleanliness, we didn't feel like the unit was very clean as a whole - you can see a lot of dust in crevices, built up grime on the sinks, stains and holes in curtains, wear on furniture. The sheets and towels are old with holes and some stains. We asked for a crib and were provided with a pack and play (which is fine), but without any sheets for the mattress, so we had to use a regular bedsheet to wrap the mattress. The pack and play itself didn't feel too clean but that wasn't surprising. The units are privately owned in this property, so some units may be renovated with newer furniture. Ours was clearly not updated in a long time. Overall, we felt that the age of and lack of detailed cleaning in our unit affected our overall comfort in our stay, particularly as we were in the unit a lot due to a young toddler napping mid-day and sleeping early in the evening. Next time, we would choose a newer (albeit likely more expensive) property.
