"The room and breakfast offering was what I would expect from an economy property, (which is what this is) but I felt the price was higher than what I would consider inline for this place. It may be due to there only being a few offerings available in the immediate area of the hospital. Not a lot of choice but to pay the premium when you really have to be there. "

"We've stayed here multiple times for college drop-offs and pick-ups, and the Drury Inn in Happy Valley keeps earning our loyalty. The location makes the trip easy, the property is always clean and quiet, and the staff genuinely seems to care about making your stay comfortable. It's the kind of hotel where you walk in and immediately relax. A consistent favorite and our first choice every time we're in the area."

"When we stay someplace we prefer not to do any house keeping. They had us throw our own trash and we had to leave early 5:30 am for a hospital procedure. This seems to be a trend and i dont care for it. Plus i am quite sure people are living there. Just gotten much worse since last time. We will not stay there again"

"Breakfast was pretty good. Beds not so much. Horrified with horrible heavy mechanism meant to keep room's door closed at all cost: a small child or frail adult could get hurt by this monster set-up. Not even a door stop available to keep door open to get luggage cart in/out without massive effort. "

"The hotel itself is great, it is a contemporary well maintained space, that stands apart from alternative hotels in the Happy Valley area. (I travel to the area 2-3X per month and speak from extensive experience. Sadly the staff does not come close to matching the property. The front desk staff completely lacks genuine authenticity, while the restaurant & bar staff are worse - they treat customer (not just me) like an incovenient annoyance. I've watched guests wait forever to be served, or to get their bills. Absolutely horrible. This hotel will never be more than 1 star until they fix staffing."
