"On street parking was extremely accessible and the caretakers did a fantastic job of making sure we had a spot right out front. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and other tractions in a less than 5-minute walk."

"Property was shabby and dirty. All the linens had cigarette burns and stains. The shower had was broken and hose like. Floor was taped together and sunken and had what looked like plaster flakes in the corners. The fridge stopped working and ruined my lunch meat. The ac did not function properly. DO NOT STAY HERE. "

"We were in Frederick, MD for our date night without the little one. Booked this place for the night and thought there would be a hot-tub, but was informed that it is closed permanently. So that was a little disappointing. Staff there were super helpful and friendly. The building is overall maintained nicely in the public area, but our room has a peeling wallpaper in the bathroom. Overall clean and comfortable, and pretty reasonable for a stay."

"Unfortunately I cannot say our stay was pleasant. We had a non smoking room. Apparently my idea of what a non smoking room should smell like and what the hotel operator thinks a non smoking room smells like are quite different. The wall of smoke smell as you walked into the room was just disgusting. When we came back to ask if they had any other rooms, of course they had none. Then I had to convince the lady who checked us in to go to the room and smell the smoke for herself. As she left she...

"It was a great stay. Breakfast was great! My only complaint is that the garbage disposal in room 418 smelled like old broccoli! Other than that, we had a good time. Will be booking again!"

"Overall we had a wonderful stay. The staff was welcoming & efficient at check-ins & check-out & are courteous. Our room is clean, has comfortable beds. the breakfast buffet is good. Location is close to stores & restaurants & quiet at night. My daughter enjoyed the pool. We will definitely return."

I checked in, the elevator wasn’t working so I walked through the stairwell which smelled like urine and cigarettes before getting to my room. It seemed more like a poorly maintained apartment building than a hotel. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and there were loud arguments going on throughout multiple surrounding rooms.
