"Staff were unhelpful, housekeeping looked to have rushed room including missing essentials like toilet paper. They were still cleaning rooms next to us after arriving at 8pm. It was a good job we’d been travelling for over 14 hours so just showered and passed out asleep. Would not stay here again and pay the amount we did, it wasn’t worth it."

"It was our 3rd stay at the Nightcap Hotel. Check-in is always a bit long as the staff is usually busy serving customers at the bar. We don't mind the wait anyway... Room are on the small side and mattress very soft but overall, the room has everything that is needed.
I'll be happy to return again next year.
Nice Asian restaurants in the area too if you don't want to eat on site."

"Lack of shops or restaurants within walking distance was the only downside. Room (executive king) was very nice with bonus view of Sydney skyline and a rugby field just below the building. Basic kitchen. Washer and dryer. "

"On the plus side - Great location, friendly staff. nice rooms. Mine overlooked the ocean. Breakfast buffet was nice with lots to choose from; however, you have to pay extra for barista coffee?
On the could have been better side - Pillows a tad too soft for my liking that didn't help get a good sleep. The Night club on Saturday night was very noisy, and ear plugs where necessary to go to sleep, Parking is available but extremely expensive. "
