"The best part of our stay was definitely the amenities. The water slides were a lot of fun for our son, the pool area was enjoyable, and having direct access to the beach was a huge plus.
Unfortunately, the hotel itself fell short of our expectations. Our balcony air conditioning unit leaked constantly, flooding the entire balcony throughout our stay. The staff did come out a couple of times to try to fix it, but the issue was never resolved.
