The hotel was nice and clean with a great view of the lake. What was most surprising was that they had a nice bar and grille. We were able to relax and not have to go out and about for a meal which we really appreciated. The food was delicious and the service beyond excellent!

The tv didn’t work but the lady at the desk worked above and beyond to get it working! She was wonderful! Beautiful views from the back deck / porch. Close proximity to excellent restaurant (Fisherman’s Wharf!). Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast could have used a little more variety and would have been nice to include waffles or pancakes. There was syrup but nothing you would eat syrup with.

Overall we were happy with our stay. Room 208 needs the air conditioner fixed. So loud I couldn't sleep. And adding coffee creamer would be a nice update to add. Overall, friendly staff.

The room was dirty. If the AC was turned up from where it was set when we walked in (61 degrees) to a non-freezing temp (68), the whole room became incredibly wet to the point we were slipping on the floor. Every surface was wet & disgusting. The breakfast was not great.

This property has so much potential, stayed a couple of years ago and it was great. I wanted a top floor balcony room with a lake view. I made a mistake when reserving the room and got a first floor pool view room instead. I was told there were no other rooms available but was assured as soon as one was available we would be moved. We stayed for a week, never notified of a different room. The pool was dirty, it was never cleaned and the pump and filters were either not working or never turned on. One morning they did throw chemicals in it, most went on the pavement around the pool. There were bugs in our room including several roaches. Needless to say, next time we go to Hot Springs we will not stay at the Baymont.

When we arrived we were put in a room that was not a balcony nor was it a lake view the room was so filthy that walking from the bathroom to the bed it looked.like the floor was made of dirt i had to go myself and buy some cleaning supplies to clean the bathtub out the was mold on ever surface in the bathroom the bedding was so dirty it stuck like someone had sweated on it and never used deodorant we stayed one night but was. Charged for two I will never stay at a Wyndham property ever again it was a rip off and the guy at the desk said he would talk to his boss about it and nothing ever came of it so I am very very disappointed with the Wyndham hotel service and shape of the room thanks for wrecking our short vacation

They are renovating so this isn't really fair to judge now. I think they need a few more months. The room was clean, the staff friendly, the decrease in stars was due to there being mold/black areas above the shower near the shower head. I have found over the years using Expedia means they put you in less favorable rooms because you're discounted in room charge. (And the pool was closed.) Great setting on the Lake!

The hotel was clean and the lobby freshly refurbished. The room was clean and I liked there was no carpet in the room. Other than some spots/stains on the coverlet and sheets everything was nice. Management took care of the sheet/coverlet problem. The towels were clean and nice. The air worked well. The refrigerator worked well. We enjoyed the balcony with the lake view. The pool didn’t seem to be pristine, but we did enjoy it after I skimmed it with the skimmer there on property. The jets didn’t seem to be circulating the water well. The pool is small and only about 4 foot deep though markers indicate 5. But I liked that. Overall it is a nice hotel and I would stay again. Great location. Request a lake view. The staff were nice and accommodating. The breakfast was your typical hot breakfast but not bad.

Our stay at the Baymont in Hot Springs was extremely disappointing. The room we originally booked was nothing like what was advertised. We ended up being moved five different times because of repeated issues including dirty rooms, water leaks, missing or unusable amenities, and rooms that were not in acceptable condition. The refrigerator was one of the things we specifically needed, and multiple rooms did not have a working one. We also encountered cleanliness issues, and even after finally finding a room that was manageable enough to sleep in, there were still problems like a shower curtain rod hanging loose and not allowing the curtain to properly close. The pool, which was advertised as an amenity, was green and not usable during our stay. Overall, the hotel did not provide the experience or basic standards that were promised. This was not a case of simply changing our minds or wanting to leave early — we spent our trip dealing with room changes and trying to find a clean, functional place to stay. The staff did attempt to move us between rooms, but the condition of the property itself was the main issue. We would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.
