"The room was clean but need some update. The breakfast was really good. The two kids that was at the front desk when we checked in was not professional. Overall it was a good place to stay"

"A true gem. Rustic cabins with updated furnishings which provided a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. Plenty of outlets, including plugs in the bedside lamp fixture. Best shower we've found in our travels! Although our cabin was located near the front of the property and the highway, we were not disturbed by outside noise. Each cabin has an assigned parking spot. We ate at the onsite restaurant for dinner and breakfast--enjoyed their wide selection of menu choices. The steak and salmon were excellent at dinner and we loved the breakfast plate with buffalo patty. The dinner crowd is large--a sign of the excellent dining choices--please follow advice of staff and call to have your name added to the waiting list for dinner. Kudos to all the staff who provided helpful hints for our stay and friendly smiles."

"The location of the hotel was excellent, making the entire town walkable. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The free water and cookies through the day was a nice touch and saved my family a lot of money when filling our water bottles. The breakfast that was included was nicely done and I especially liked the 4 medallion size waffle option instead of one huge waffle. There was always plenty of parking and the proximity to areas of interest is much better than staying in a bigger town like Rapid City."

"The pool looked nice but was way too cold to even think about using😥. My room was great , bed perfect , but the perfume smell from the air conditioning was very strong . We just turned it off and it got better . Fall is just around the corner and my room had a lot of flys and a fly swatter would have been helpful . Loved the real butter at breakfast. . Fruit was good peanut butter would be helpful . Not a fan of boiled eggs that have no date and who knows who touched them . As usual mostly carbs . Company and all the people were great !the location was great . Parking was easy and never heard anything all night . Curtains kept the room pretty dark and the parking lot was well lit"
