No snacks in the market area and no vending machines to supplement was a big turn off. Construction I understand, although not noted before I reserved. Also, the TV service kept going out and no guide information, so literally just had to scroll randomly and hope to find something to watch ☹️

The staff was great but when we got there our room was changed and the systems were down. When we got to the room we noticed the towels were not clean and most of them had hair or toothpaste on them. The water in the toilet and shower was yellow, and there was hair on the shower wall. The room was definitely not cleaned before we checked in.
