"The front desk staff was alway rude with every interaction, but I would be too with what the hotel allows to go on in the building. The whole hotel smells like marijuana. The ice machine on 3 different floors didn’t work, we stopped looking for working machines before just going to the (always rude) front desk that directed us back to our floor before finally giving us ice. We had to hang our clothes in the shower because there was no full-size closet, just a small standalone closet with a rack big enough for shorts or a skirt MAYBE. The only good experience was the restaurant, the staff was the best I’ve ever encountered. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I will NEVER EVER stay at this establishment again, or any connecting chains associated with them. Good luck if you do."
