The property is extremely dated and is long overdue for an upgrade. Clean, though it was extremely bare bones. They also charge 30 dollars for parking, which I feel should be included while staying at the property. Pool was closed and looked gross. Great location by event so this property will always be rented by visitors, just know what you’re getting.

The hotel wasn’t the worst, but it definitely needs some improvements. The elevator was unreliable, there was no working iron in the room, the TV didn’t function, and no cups were provided. The beds were also very hard and uncomfortable. On the positive side, the location was super convenient — it was close to the stadium, which made it easy to get to the concert. That was definitely a plus. But overall, Comfort Suites offered a much better experience in terms of comfort and amenities.

If there’s a concert happening at NRG you will be charged extra a day ($30) on top of the room deposit($100 total). Restroom was filthy. Called for service they never arrived. Broken elevator. Had to buy personal products to clean the tub. Complimentary breakfast was a joke. Wouldn’t stay again.

There was an unknown $30 parking fee which is unfair and seems greedy since it was only because of a concert happening and not a regular occurrence. The elevators were broken. Staff never answers the phone you have to go all the way down stairs (mind you, elevator was broken) to speak with someone. 0 out of 10!
