"There are no amenities here. It is a nice clean motel and located in a good location for us. The rooms are clean. The staff is great. If you like a no frills hotel this place is great."

"I arrived to a door that I could not open with the code. Had to call for help. The room was disgusting and smelled like death. There were curtains hanging over the bed and filled with cobwebs. Decorative pillows with stains. I literally stayed for 20 minutes and booked another place to stay. I messaged the Inn to let them know of my discontent, including asking for my refund. I was ignored. When I spoke to a lady, she said she had to speak with the owner. They stated that I had to contact...

"We only stayed for one night so this Inn was very convenient. A coffee maker in the room would have made a huge difference as we needed to leave early in the morning (but would not keep us from coming back). Mr. Patel at the front desk was amazing - thank you!"

"The Inn is in a great location for those traveling 81E and need a place to spend the night. The room was comforable and provided us a good nights rest. There's also a nice diner next door that we walked to and purchased breakfast before hitting the road again. The room was clean, and check-in was easy. "

"It was just as expected but fair warning: no ride shares in the area so if you’re looking to get sauced at a restaurant nearby pack some walking shoes. Also the tap water runs less than clear, leaving dark specks of grit in the sink. Kinda nasty. Rinse after brushing with a bottle of water or something. Shower seemed ok though. Good parking situation."

"I travel often. First time writing a bad review. The rooms in the Holiday inn express in Montgomery New York were so dirty!! I actually feel bad for man at front desk. It's not his fault. It's the company that should replace the filthy rugs and moldy bathrooms. I will never stay in a holiday inn express again. The reviews I read had to be false. It's in a great location. Could be so nice if it was clean. "

"The location was very convenient, which is why we booked here since it was the closest option to Legoland. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was disappointing. The linens did not seem properly maintained, the sofa bed sheets had hair on them, and the main bed sheets had visible stains. The room felt unclean overall, which made the stay uncomfortable. We expected a much higher standard of cleanliness from a Marriott hotel."
