"The room was noisy and warm. We could hear slamming doors and voices into the night and we could not get the room to cool down to sleep comfortably. The hotel was in a convenient location to the airport though and we were able to get a cheap uber in the morning to our flight."

"Solid stay all round. Nothing fancy but exceeded expectations.
Bed was soft and pillows good.
Shower and bathroom was spacious, recently renovated, good pressure in shower and hot water was good.
Check in was efficient, keypad doors worked fine.
TV modern and large, built in usb chargers both types.
Had dinner and drinks at the sports bar, getting past the smoke smell, everything was tidy, new and the food reasonably priced and tasty!

"Customer service was zero there. I already paid extra for parking and breakfast but they did not care about it and even they could see in their system that I paid more than regular room price, they forced me to pay again (so do not choose any extra payment option on the app!). At the end, they could give me a small bottle of water at least, but asked to pay $4, hope this kind of customer service make them rich!"

"Staff were amazing, we arrived hours early and they allowed us to check in so we could relax. Nothing is close y but there are busses or you can walk 10 mins to the gas station for snacks. Breakfast was simple with toast, yogurt, juice and hot drinks. The hotel was spotless and smelled amazing. They give you a free drink voucher at the bar which we used for wine.
