"No facility to make a drink in the room and staff didn’t explain there was free coffee available. Air con good but our room was near to an external nightclub that went on until 3.30am"

"Tuve una muy buena experiencia en Viajero Huacachina. El hostal es súper lindo, las habitaciones son cómodas, limpias y bien mantenidas. El ambiente en general es muy agradable y el staff es muy cordial y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Además, la ubicación es excelente, y la comida del restaurante es muy muy rica. Lo único a tener en cuenta es que, si no te gusta mucho la fiesta o eres sensible al ruido, los fines de semana puede ser un poco ruidoso porque el hostal tiene un ambiente bastante...

"The staff was courteous and helpful but the water wasn’t really hot in the shower, there are no screens on the windows, there was loud music from the restaurant I had to request to be turned down, there were leaves and a dead bug in the shower. It was just a lot to pay for not what I would expect."

"If you like cold showers, noisy airconditioners, no coffee, tea or bottled water and uncooked raw mincemeat in your hamburger then this is the place for you."

"Everything about this place is excellent! From super clean rooms with fresh smelling sheets/pillows, a fan in the room which helps with some relief from the desert heat, the food from the restaurant is a fair price and absolutely delicious! We had more than one excellent conversation with Eduardo about local history, spirituality, and about our home country Canada 🇨🇦 I absolutely recommend renting the gear to try your hand at sandboarding if you are able as it is a beyond exhilarating...

"My wife became sick during our stay. The staff was incredible from the late night guards who helped me with new bed linens at 3:30 am to the girl working the front desk who helped me with a taxi to the pharmacy for meds. The wait staff in the restaraunt prepared tea for my wife. I cant say enough good things about this hotel. Thank you so much for all your help"

"The best part of this hotel it is located in the center of the Oasis Hucachina. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Saruyi is amazing, she went out to her way to make me feel comfortable. The room is clean but no AC only a ceiling fan that blows hot air. Saruyi was kind enough to offer my an extra fan to help with the extreme heat. The breakfast is made to order and very delicious. "

"Loved our stay! Breakfast was wonderful and the tours they set us up with were the best. Definitely take the one of the sand boarding and buggy. The cats were adorable "

"The property was okay for cleanliness, but it was very noisy from early evening to late evening. I had to put in ear beats and turn up the volume with my calm app to get to sleep. At check-in I had to pay for the room when I had the receipt that I paid through Expedia before my trip. There seems to be a lack of communication between the hotel and Expedia. "

"New, clean, friendly service. Rooms were huge for the price. Would highly recommend. We stayed one night on our stop at Huacachina. It was close, and the next day we spent the morning in the clean pools before we checked out."
