"We originally pick this property for the convenience it offered being so close to the hospital across the street. However I continue to book the property because their customer service is on point! Security is wonderful not being able to get on to the floors without your key card gives an extra piece of mind. The staff supported me through last minute bookings when my husband was in the hospital. Breakfast is good, hot, and the coffee is made fresh... early! Has we continue recovery appointments, this is the only place I will book. All places will have a few minor issues, but what makes this place Stand Out is how the staff handles those issues and how they treat the guests! The Troublefields are very thankful."

"The staff on the front desk was rude. His not even welcoming. We check in late around 1am and check out around 5am. Upon checking out I hand the key card he didn't even say anything. The room is not even sounds proof you can hear all the noise in the hallway and the cars outside. Plus the curtains you can't even roll away. There is only a thin layer of it. I couldn't recommend to stay here at all. It was terrible"
