"Beautiful hotel, great customer service and atmosphere. The indoor pool was perfect for a family trip and secure parking gave us peace of mind. Only one elevator was working, other than that everything was maintained to working standard."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. breakfast was excellent. rooms are nice however the carpet is very old and has a urine odor. probably from pet's accidents. I stayed at this hotel 3 years ago and complained about the same issue with the carpet. In my opinion, if you're going to allow pets, floors should not be carpeted. I have been in other hotels where the floors are tiled and makes cleaning better and odorless. I really like the friendliness, breakfast, clean beds and bathrooms, BUT...

"Do NOT book!!! Horrible hotel!! We checked in and when walked in the room it smelled musty and humid, the carpet by the AC was wet. When I went down to the front desk and told them about it they came up to check it out and what I was told was “the AC has been running a lot because it’s hot in Texas” duh I live in Texas so I know. We tell the guy that we are not talking about how cold it is, the concern was the carpet was wet it smelled humid and musty, traveling with 3 kids, 2 with asthma...

"Lighting didn’t work, carpet was ripped and old. Had a weird smell to it. Had to spend the night there due to surgery very early morning. Only stayed 5hrs on the property. Needs some Love and renovation the property."

"The room was very spacious, clean and bed was comfy. The breakfast was more than expected. We appreciated there being hot foods as well as fruits, pastries and cereals. Great place for family's."

"The property was somewhat clean but poorly maintained. The microwave didn't work, the soap dispensers didn't work, the toilet was dirty when we checked in. The breakfast was poor, limited choices and limited quantity. The breakfast was for 2 hours and it seemed like they ran out of food after the first hour. If they failed in the noticeable things, I wonder how thoroughly they clean the carpet and the beds? Had to check out early for poor service."

"This was the most terrible thing experience I’ve had. The shelves in the “kitchenette” were falling apart. They gave me an actual storage tote with dishes in it that was only available upon request. The room we were given had roaches and the toilet didn’t flush. When it did, it flooded the restroom. I went to the front for assistance and all they had to offer for my family of four with two young children was separate rooms. After calling 15 other hotels, I had to take their offer. "One of the beds it was broken we couldn’t use it and the pool was nasty it wasn’t clean the 2 days we stay there"

"The stay wasn’t HORRIBLE but it definitely wasn’t great. When we got to our room there were old clothes from previous guest in the drawers…on top of that we needed clean towels and they had nothing available. The worst part to say though is that there were some very suspicious people walking around and peeping through my truck window-I’m not sure if they were even guests.
