"Really liked our stay at Star Shell. The staff are excellent and super helpful. We were travelling with two young kids and honestly their service and friendliness really made our trip so much easier. We were always helped with our luggage without asking and with no expectation of a tip. I would highly recommend using theit airport service. "Breakfast is good, all staffs are really helpful and friendly! Even we arrive at midnight 1 am, an airport staff helped us call the hotel, they immediately send the free shuttle to pick us up. They’re doing beyond their scheduled last time 11 pm which is really helpful. Communication is very effective. The room is clean. We really enjoy the service. "

"I stayed here for 2 nights and needed an early check-in and late check-out. The hotel was able to accomodate quite easily with minimal cost. The room was all good and generally quite although as a suggestion I would remommend getting some rubber buffers on the door to prevent door banging as that was very disturbing or some soundproofing. Otherwise the staff were all very helpful and the airport transfer was really good. I would stay here again. A good upgrade to the property would be to make...
