"Overall, our stay was excellent. Our arrival was frustrating, as we were hit with unexpected fees and the room we reserved was unavailable. However, we were given an upgraded suite for the first night and then moved to an upgraded oceanfront room the following day at no extra charge. We were also given a complimentary breakfast to compensate for the troubles."
