I had to contact customer service to get it. The lady at customer service was awesome. I definitely wouldn't stay at the Braintree Sonesta again. "

"She place smell dirty. Pool was over crowded and water looked dirty. There was no smell of chlorine in the pool or the hotel. As if they don’t clean the pool at all "

"Winter decorations were over the top. Breakfast was awesome along with the staff. Clean. Only complaint was heater was set at 64 when we walked into the room. It had to be 74 or higher in the room. Had to shut it off to cool the room down. Is the best stocked BW with towels and cups. Thank you. "
