"Hotel was very fully booked with a convention, so breakfast lines began a half hour before opening. Lines stretched through the lobby, and there was no available seating. It was the same at happy hour - we skipped both that event and breakfast because of the crowds and no seating. One elevator was out of service, so wait times were long. The restaurant is the highlight of this property - dinner service was excellent and the food is great."

"We were welcomed with a smile and a friendly hello. Beth was wonderful and made us feel right at home!
Our room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The amenities were great, the pool was refreshing after a day of riding and the breakfast was a nice way to start the morning and with good coffee, too!
The location is excellent and convenient to everything around Guntersville. The porch/deck with the fireplace was very nice. Though it was the middle of summer and the fire wasn't...

"Hotel is seventeen years old and looks brand new. Room was very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good especially the western omelets. Location is a little difficult but very manageable. Highly recommend for a future visit!"
