"Beautiful restored building ina cute town with good restaurants in walking distance. The keypads are somewhat tricky needing multiple tries, but an easy way to check in. My only suggestion would be to add a comfortable loveseat or chair in that massive room. Tiny chairs to low for “older” guests 😅 But the room is pretty and the bathroom amazing."

"I travel regularly, and my annual stay here is always great. The rooms are big and clean with a big fridge and microwave. I love that the coffee machine in the breakfast area is 24/7, and my husband brings a fresh cookie back to the room every night. Staff is always super nice and helpful. Hidden gem for sure!"

"We had an excellent experience at the Lamplighter. The hosts were fantastic, friendly and helpful. Attention to detail was amazing, from the special and delicious breakfast, attending to our dietary preferences, to the beautiful decor in the house and the offered amenities. It was a quiet and convenient location, very walkable to restaurants and attractions. Lovely rooms, common areas and grounds. We would love to return!"

"5 stars is not enough for our experience at Cartier Mansion! The keyless entry to both the building and our room made check-in seamless. The room was so beautifully designed and had everything we could need, including a large glass bottle of water and two delicious chocolates. There were robes and mugs that we could take without having to go buy from the gift shop, it would simply be added to our bill. We were so lucky that both mornings of our stay we had the pleasure of being the only guests...

"I cannot say enough great things about this trip. Very close to the beach and downtown. Chris, Jenna, Meredith and Carson were all so amazing to meet and took really good care of us. The breakfast were so delicious and made us excited to get ready for the day. We will definitely be back to this beautiful house and town."
