"Toiletries (shampoo and conditioner) were not filled. Exhaust fan was not working. Hand wash soap was provided instead of liquid hand wash and was very rough and dry (give us itching and dryness). "

"Our stay was excellent. I even accidentally left my jacket hanging in the closet in our room. I didn't realize it until hours after check out. I called and the staff was on it! Luckily we were still in the area. The front desk lady located my jacket and had it waiting for me at the front desk when I arrived. Which I was very grateful for since it was pretty cold that day, especially for Hurricane! The hotel was very clean and well taken care of which I really appreciate!"
