"NO BUGS. Which is a super important feature of low cost motel rooms. Property was clean and tidy. Things you should know:
NO MAID SERVICE.Just ask for tp, towels or coffee
NO BREAKFAST. Plenty of places walkable, tho
Room was clean and quiet, except one night, and the desk help did ask them to turn it down.
Phone in room was broken, had to walk down to complain. Twice.
Over all, a positive experience. Staff was friendly, helpful, and competent. I will be returning here in the future if I have need of a place to stay in Louisville
