"OMG! We arrived and I immediately realized my phone fell out of my pocket in the taxi. Claire was outstanding as I was losing my composure and she was very calming. She knew what to do to help me get my phone back and brought my phone to me with some prosecco! "

"Rooms on small side but are clean and had all we needed. Great location for Hydro. Nice atomosphere in bar before and after the gig, bar open late too, which was a bonus. Nice buffet breakfast with lots of choice."

"Room was good, clean and plenty space. Lacking in plug points but otherwise fine. We were next door to the secondary lifts and that was a little noisy. Breakfast was very good - plenty of options"

"The lady on reception who seemed to always be there (!) was so friendly and welcoming, The room smelt so clean when you opened the door, it was large and really comfortable. The room had everything you needed included a complimentary mini bar with water and some beers. The ensuite had an excellent shower and big towels. When checking out we asked if there was another Dakota hotel at our next stop but unfortunately not!! Highly recommend and will go back."

The Sherbrooke is a hidden gem, and we will tell anyone who visits Glasgow to stay there! Thank you all for such a marvelous stay. "
