"Nice place"

"I stayed for 4 days / 3 nights in the apartment and it was super cute. I loved the location since it is so close to town and you can walk everywhere and enjoy Shelburne Falls. There is really no need to drive anywhere. This is a good location to get around to other parts of western Mass. For the stay, there were 2 of us and there was plenty of room. The dining area and kitchen were great. I don't think we ever sat in the living room, but it was nice and cozy. The shower was a little tiny...

"The property is on a busy road. I was glad I asked for a room on the backside of the property. It was disappointing to find there was no coffeemaker in the room. Breakfast was good. There was quite a variety of items. They had coffee, but no decaf coffee. A staff member suggested diluting the regular coffee with water. When you can’t have caffeine that’s not an option. I was glad we stayed there but probably wouldn’t go back."

"The microwave didn’t have an outlet to be plugged in, there was a light switch with no actual light, there was no pool water, the beds were rolling from one side to another, not the best at all."

"Loved everything about this place clean, well maintained, updated. Staff were so very friendly. Lovely grounds, beautiful flowers. Nice seating outside your room."

"Don’t let the outside scare you away from this inn. It is a work in progress and to date all of the work has been done inside. The inside is spacious, clean, and appealing. You won’t be disappointed if you stay in room four. We didn’t stay in the other room so I can’t speak to them."
