"The room was absolutely spotless, no small feat in windy Wyoming! The temperature of the room was set to be cozy when I arrived, a pleasant surprise. I always appreciate cleanliness but the cozy factor really made the experience for me. The staff is always awesome and responds quickly to needs! "
