2/10 Terrible

"The staff were slow, The pool and hot tub look like they have been closed for months and this info is not displayed during booking, the whole front lobby reeked of cigarettes, the fromt desk directly looks at the hot tub, the room was ok, but the door in the bathroom could barely open it hit the toilet every time it opened and the toilet was not secured to the ground. The shower did have decent water presser but it was so hard to get into because the door was in the way. Overall I would never stay here again it was awful."

"After we checked in, we went up to our room. I went to use the restroom, my husband tried to turn on air conditioner, the room was so hot! It would not turn on. We went downstairs to front desk, and the lady was rude about getting us a new room, and that I used the restroom. Next room was Okay with air, but wasn’t very clean. Food containers under the bed. Carpet was old and had an iron burn on it. Blue pain behind the toilet. Ironing board broke. Could not get good TV channels. The window was left open by previous tenants. Beds were too soft."

"When we initially checked in the front desk was rude and confrontational when I attempted to read some sort of contract they put in front of me as if I was wasting her time. I paid more for a view and what a waste of money that was. Expected to see the river and instead I got a dirt area and the fence of the pool, money well spent. Lastly the breakfast was mediocre at best with rubbery bacon and mushy fried potato’s. Won’t be coming back."

"The hotel was fine EXCEPT for the sofa bed was absolutely disgusting. The stains were horrendous I wonder how old it is. They gave me an extra sheet to put on it but I wouldn’t let my kids sleep in that thing. Not to mention you touch it and it’s like metal spring poking out. Don’t offer a sofa bed if it’s not useful. I do want to say the kitchen staff was so kind and helpful."

8/10 Good

"The breakfast was very nice with a good variety of options. Staff was friendly. The room was dark and a couple lights were slow to turn on. Toilet was so short! Shower was nice. TV had limited streaming options - Netflix or Youtube. Parking was $10 a night - not something I was aware of until we were checking in."
