Great service and a clean property. However, there is a faint smell of cigarette smoke everywhere which was bothersome. The wifi is a real problem. It didn’t work in my room so I had to go into the hallway throughout my stay to get online.

Just for couple days
I was two days. They did not clean the room. Breakfast very poor. No food for western people. They blocked internet before check out. On the other hand, gym facilities are incredible.

Nice place to stay for few days away from home. Friendly staff. Only drawback I see is the checkin times. My flight landed early in the morning and the front desk charged me for the previous night too since I checked in early. This is not good business practice nor customer friendly at all. Beware of this if you are coming in early.

we booked for a king size bed and ended up with a small bed. we specifically asked to be given a no smoking floor and were given a room just adjacent to a smoking room. the breakfast was not worth the money they charged us. i also had to bring down my own baggages. have been a regular customer at this hotel which i had rated as a 4 star but i doubt if they even deserve a single star at the moment. Daspalla has lost a regular customer and I shall go out to inform my friends to look for other places to stay during their stay in hyderabad.

The furniture was so bad. Chairs weren't in condition nor the coffee table . The bathroom love wasn't fixed . Food wasn't served hot . It wasn't tasty either . The restaurant staff service was not good . But the rooms were clean and the helping staff were really good .

Hotel Room is good. Correction is required as per following. 1. Room is dark. With all the lights turned on also, room is not bright. 2. Switch arrangements are not uniform and it has become difficult to understand. 3. Room is slippery to walk. 4. Bathroom is slippery to walk. Door mats are not maintained to rub legs. 5. Have to remind staff to keep things like toilet tissues, towels, etc. 6. Interior design is good. But, its not user friendly. 7. Bad smell started coming from wash room area. Wash room door is not good. 8. Requested staff to provide cello tape and scissor for packing things. Response was not received. Overall, being a 4-star hotel, maintenance is not upto the mark. 4-Star hotel standard to be followed.

J'ai fait deux séjour dans cet hôtel en 10 jours (5 nuits puis 2 autres nuits). Lors de mon premier passage, il y avait des travaux à côté de notre chambre qui engendraient énormément de bruit. A notre demande, l'hôtel nous a gentillement donné une autre chambre au 7ieme étage. Le personnel est accueillant et fait son maximum pour que le sejour soit impeccable. La salle de fitness est très très bien et extrêmement bien équipée (un "plus" pour cet hotel). La piscine est située au 8ieme etage. Les aménagements autour ne sont pas priviliégiés et manque de fraicheur. Lors de notre deuxième passage, l'eau était tout à fait verte et il etait impossible de nager. Un gros effort à faire de la part de l'hotel pour rendre ce lieu plus accueillant et propre. De plus, l'endroit est assez bruyant (du aux gros AC . Donc faut oublier l'endroit si on veut s'y reposer. Le petit dej. est ok. Un peu plus de variéte (au niveau des pains, plats occidentdaux, etc. serait un plus. Bien que ce soit une formule buffet, le café et le thé sont à la demande et parfois il faut attendre 5 minutes pour en recevoir. L'hôtel recoit pas mal de mariage, ce qui engendre beaucoup de bruit et d'agitation et enlève de la quiétude. L'hotel procure un service airport pick-up/drop. Sachez qu'il vous en coûtera 1600 roupies. Si vous prenez un service taxi indépendant ou Uber taxi, il vous en coûtera entre 700 et 800 roupies.

2-star execution for a "4-star" hotel
The late night check-in went well, but they were out of key cards, so I wasn't able to obtain my room key until the next morning. The staff was helpful and attentive. The room was shabby and not particularly clean. The ceiling fan had two settings: off and high and noisy. The A/C controls were terrible, and over-chilled the room. I was only provided with two bath towels and a hand towel -- I guess they don't believe in wash cloths. There were no tissues in the bathroom either. And there was too little storage for personal items. The breakfast was so-so at best, and the food wasn't very fresh. The pool area was so uninviting, I didn't spend any time there. But the biggest disappointment was the internet service. It went down frequently, and operated at low speed at best. That's a non-starter for anyone on a business trip. I wound up checking out early and staying elsewhere.
