"ゴキブリが2匹出ました。自然の中なので仕方ない部分はありますが、ブラックキャップを置くなどの対策は無しです。またタオルは全く水を吸わず、糸屑が全身につきました。料理をする為の鉄板は温まるまでに相当の時間が必要で、下準備中に電源を入れたほうが良いです。のんびりリラックスしに訪れたはずがストレス溜まって帰ってきました。"

"施設内でバーベキューができるのですがリビングと行き来するためのドアが薄くて隙間風が寒いし寒い時期はエアコンフル稼働でないと眠れない。乾燥酷くて加湿器を置いてもらえるとありがたかった。シャワー室しかなくてシャワーの水量弱いし体が温まらない。施設自体は綺麗なのに残念でした。"

Kobe Portopia Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Very spacious, comfortable room with balcony and superb view of Kobe Harbor. Reasonable cost, only 2/3 the amount charged by a similar luxury hotel in Nagoya that provided a smaller room. The vast lobby, with waterfall and decorative pool, add even more to the feeling of elegance. Highly recommended."
