Great hotel, amazing view, great and helpful staff, tbh I just saw one staff in the breakfast area which she looked she wasnt happy at all and she was transfering that energy to the guests by the attitude she was showing, but other than that person, everyone was so helpful from the check in to the check out. Strongly recommended and will definitely be back for sure.

I love the value for what you pay at this hotel - especially if you upgrade to the all-inclusive!! The food was great, and at the buffet they switch up the theme every day of the week so you are not eating the same food over and over again. Good location with plenty to do - right on bossa beach, short taxi ride to ibiza town, and a good location from the clubs if you are into that. We also loved the nightly performances! Very lovely. Would definitely recommend staying here, and we would love to come back!

As a first-time visitor to Ibiza, the Ibiza Twins Hotel was ideally situated. We were pleased that it offered all the necessary amenities, including a bar, restaurant, pool, excursions, and exercise facilities, without being overly touristy. The staff was accommodating and helpful. The food was satisfactory and readily available, and the rooms were exceptionally clean. There was ample parking for our rented car, which was a significant advantage. Additionally, some of our excursions were conveniently located near the dock adjacent to the hotel, simplifying our experience as a first-time tourist to Ibiza. We highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. They were the highlight of the hotel, and I really appreciated their excellent service. Unfortunately, I don’t think the hotel reflects the standard or the price of a 4-star superior property. I paid around £600 for two nights, including the tourist tax, and expected a much higher standard of accommodation. The room had several maintenance issues. The handheld shower head was badly damaged and barely usable, one of the blackout curtains was broken and let daylight into the room, the safe wasn’t working properly, and the bathroom itself felt in need of refurbishment. There were also repeated power cuts during my stay, and some of the doors leading to the beach were difficult to use because they regularly became stuck. Overall, the room furnishings and finishes felt quite basic and didn’t match the premium price being charged. The hotel has a fantastic location and wonderful staff, but the rooms would benefit from a significant refurbishment and better maintenance to justify its rating.

Great Escape in Ibiza

Great location and very clean and modern hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous too! It's a nice and tranquil place to escape the Ibiza party scene too. I would stay here again.

Excellent hotel. Modern decor, new fixtures, clean, friendly, nice pool. Very close to bars and restaurants. A taxi stop is right in front of the hotel. A little far away from the Ibiza mayhem, but at the same time, it is quiet so one can rest. Definitely, I will come back to this hotel.

For the rooms facing the ocean, and the pool facing the water as well, if you can get a decent rate, it’s worth staying at. Don’t plan on decent food, but fortunately there are tons of restaurants nearby. I’m not saying the food was terrible. It just did not match the expectation of the property. The staff I give a five, I did have a couple difficult conversations, but that’s just how I am. Friendliness never an issue wonderful people. I think the limitations of what they can do is what caused any frustration. The management did reply and address one situation and it was appreciated. The all-inclusive if you don’t mind middle of the road food at best, take advantage of it. You can still do one meal outside the hotel a day and feel like you’ve got a value. Can’t mess up breakfast too badly. The bottom line is you get what you paid for. Would I stay at that hotel again, yes of course. The odds of that are very slim because there’s so many other properties we haven’t tried. Bottom line is we really did have a wonderful four days thanks to the location and the people, I am unfortunately a 40+ hotel and restaurant veteran, so certain levels of hospitality are expected for what you pay for. Same said for anyone that works hard to enjoy a special trip away. Beautiful property and wonderful people, food mediocre, should have just led with that lol! Thank you Ibiza Twiins!
