"Very clean."

"To start the trip, the staff at the front desk was lovely which made our initial impression positive. As we entered the villa there were ants on the counter tops and in the bathroom. As our stay progressed, the ant infestation got progressively worse. We finally decided to speak to the receptionists, where they told us it was our fault for not coming earlier to report the problem. A man entered our room without us knowing to clean out the ants. They did not give us any compensation for this....

"We liked the spacious kitchen, room and balcony, it felt big enough for our family of 4 (parents sleeping on sofa bed which did the job). No one came to clean our room at all during our 7 night stay so we did have to get some emergency toilet rolls and bin bags and it would have been nice for this service (we could have asked on reception if we were that bothered). We also kept seeing people stealing ice creams from the poolside fridge which we found annoying as we were paying €3.50 for each one...

"Der Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt! Der Service war hervorragend, alles war super sauber und die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die sehr guten Parkmöglichkeiten direkt auf dem Hotelgelände für 10 € pro Tag. Alternativ kann man kostenfrei an der Straße parken. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig, und auch im Hotel selbst war es sehr ruhig. Das Fitnessstudio ist wunderschön und sehr gut ausgestattet.
