AVOID THIS HOTEL. Save yourself the trouble, and pay $20 for a better place. How I wish we would have done that. There are so many issues, not sure where to start. I will just list them off: One of the exterior doors didn't work. The room we reserved (double "queen") had full beds, not queens. The bathroom door was replaced with a janky barn door that didn't stay shut, and didn't have a lock. And it was done very, very poorly. The shower water was luke warm. They have no pack and plays for kids. They never brought us extra bedding that we requested for our baby to sleep on. The phone didn't even work to call the front desk. Whoever was working on the night of April 16 was too worried about getting off work to help us. There is no sound proofing between rooms. The WINDOW on the second floor opens wide up, nothing, not even a screen, to stop someone from falling out! Truat me, I could go on. The one decent thing was a warm pool, but that doesn't make up for how ridiculous our experience was. We seriously considered packing up in the middle of the night and going to another place. I will never stay here again, and would never recommend this place to anyone in good conscious. You and your family deserve better.

You get what you pay for, and I knew I was paying for a cheap hotel. It was clean, but housekeeping didn't get me new towels when I asked. It was a busy week with mostly full rooms at the hotel, so they were always behind on clean towels. There were never enough clean towels at the pool either. The pool was warm, and the hot tub wasn't too hot, which was nice. The beds were comfy. I'm guessing they got new beds since I stayed here last, because I slept great and my back didn't hurt after waking up. Breakfast was meh. The waffles and sausage were yummy, so I was fine. My husband can't eat sugar or pork, so the only thing he could have for breakfast was toast and eggs. The eggs had a weird taste. The breakfast options were: waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal (3 flavors), muffins, toast, apples. Milk and kinda-juice. Like SunnyD and a strawberry(?) drink. The staff was always great. I messed up on my booking, and they were helpful and fixed it.

Waited 15 min to check in there was no one at the front desk. Even when I called no one came. Pool and hot tub water was dirty too much chlorine. Cause rashes. The rooms were not very clean. The only good thing was the bed was comfortable. When I complained they only gave me excuses why it wasn’t up to standard. No apology.

Horrible place to stay. Shower was broken, electrical outlets with no covers and exposed wires. Door wasn’t self closing.

The room is bare. Not much too it. It wasn’t cleaned properly. Found a press-on nail on the lamp base. There were some stains on the sheets. And the generic remote didn’t work well with the tv. Won’t likely stay there again. Even the shower curtain wasn’t put on correctly.

The mattress and bathroom floor was filthy. The bathroom door would not stay on the roller and you could see in it from both sides when door was shut. Didn’t have enough towels and had to go find some. And breakfast had no juice, was a cheap drink substitute.

The property overall was average. We called the front desk and someone was supposed to come fix the tub drain but no one ever showed up. The tub would not drain so we had to unclog it ourselves with a coat hanger and spoon and a bunch of hair came out. We wouldn’t stay here again.

Rented a Riverview with a balcony instead got mostly a dried up canal full of trash and no balcony. There is no hot tub so don't be fooled by the false advertising of them having one. Had to switch rooms a few times due to not being able to get in and heard someone in the room. Then the next did not have any wifi whatsoever. Then just had to settle for a room with zero ventilation a broken bathroom fan plus no door so not being alone ends up being an issue for privacy if desired. Oh and never was told any of this ahead of time or while checking in. Then to find out at a certain time at night, they lock the entrances to the building that were accessible earlier in the day and you cannot get inside you will be locked out in the cold and feeling very vulnerable. Learned just through the lobby doors are the only way inside and had to walk a long distance just to get to the room. I did not need room service and naturally choose to do it myself but I only asked for four flat sheets to cover furniture due to allergies and they only would provide one which was odd but I was patient as long as possible. Tried to contact Expedia and explain how I felt uncomfortable and wanted to switch to a different hotel but the Expedia agent made sure to avoid handling the situation correctly so there was a sense of safety and comfort and just blamed the hotel for not answering and left it up to me to contact them again yet also saying I would have to deal with it and would not offer Expedia

Bathroom was left not cleaned. Shower may have not been cleaned in weeks? Super disgusting. Used soap left behind. Dried out towel over the shower curtain. Stains on the floor carpet. Unfortunately I needed to rinse off after the pool, but I could not fathom washing my hair in there.

Room was in a rough condition and no Wifi in the building we stayed. Washroom tub very dirty and towels looked like used. Only thing i enjoy is the bed maybe i was very tired from drive. I would not stay there in future if i visit that area.
